Isabelle Pérignon
Isabelle Pérignon is the Director in charge of “Consumers” at the European Commission (DG JUST). She has been the Deputy Chief of Staff of Commissioner Didier Reynders for almost 4 years, in charge of Justice and Consumers. She has been working at the European Commission for over 23 years in various positions including two positions as Cabinet Member for Commissioner Cécilia Malmström and for Commissioner Věra Jourová. Isabelle is a former solicitor who worked at Baker & McKenzie law firm (Paris and Brussels) and was a member of the French and of the Belgium bar. She is a graduate of the College of Europe (LLM in Law) and of the French University of Toulouse (LLM Business Law). She also studied Business Economics in France (Toulouse Business School).
