Marina Kodric works in Generali since 2002 and is Head of Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and Regulatory Reporting within Group Risk Management.
Her responsibilities are over ORSA reporting, Risk Management Policy and qualitative risk management, covering emerging and ESG risks. Among this she covers the Climate Change Risk Project, with the purpose to integrate climate risk within enterprise risk management, through the use of climate scenarios and other risk tools.
In first years in Generali Marina held responsibilities for Reporting within the Finance Area, focused on IFRS and Consolidation.
She holds a PhD in Corporate Finance and before joining Generali Head Office she worked in P&C Sales. She is also a lecturer on ORSA and ESG topics.
