Robert Hintze is Policy Officer working on the legal framework for the EU insurance and pension sectors at the Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union of the European Commission. Before joining the European Commission in 2018, he worked in various roles for the Single Resolution Board, Insurance Europe and the German insurance supervisor (BaFin).
