Finance Watch today testified to the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) of the European Parliament at a Public Hearing on “Tackling the culture of market manipulation – global action post Libor/Euribor”.

Finance Watch was represented by its Secretary General, Thierry Philipponnat. The hearing also included evidence from CFTC chair Gary Gensler, Internal Market Commissioner Michel Barnier, Competition Commissioner Joaquín Almunia, IOSCO chairman Masamichi Kono and industry representatives.
